It wasn't actually part of the Olympics, but Traveler would have likely owned all of us in the class back in my elementary school when we had the contest every year to see who could read 30 books during the year the fastest. The contest was actually called "Olympic reader".

For YankeeGirl, I am sure she would have good taste so as to not go anywhere near my most hated film anyway.But even if our taste in movies were that incompatible, anyway, I could withhold my tendency towards biting sarcasm at these kinds of things and just enjoy YankeeGirl's good company in the so-doing, instead. Maybe she would even have such an keen eye as to point out objectively good points about the movie that I hadn't thought of before, and sway my opinion in her favor.
