Oh I had a really good salad that I picked up at a huge national coffee chain (you guess, name ends in 'bucks') Anyway they offer a Harvest Salad...yum . It's fresh greens, apple chunks, walnuts, dried cranberries, strips of carrots, blue cheese with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It is soooo good!
