However, the man's got another side. This is the same Bruckheimer who's responsible for trash like Armageddon and Independence Day, but he's also the same Bruckheimer who's responsible for gold like Pirates of the Caribbean and Black Hawk Down. And keep in mind that the script for Prince of Persia is being written by none other than Jordan Mechner, the father of the PoP series, who keeps playing up the film's similarities to Pirates.

With a bit of luck, Prince might end up surprisingly good.

I think MANY (most) video games could make a good movie! It depends on how good the story is brought forward...

i think if they make a good remake of the mario movie it could mbe better with new special affects

Your right, I forgot about Diablo for a second there(I swear, it won't happen again ). I think D2 would make a better one, or maybe they could think of a way to do a series of movies or something. Or put it on the sci-fi channel and do a mini series kinda thing.
