Whew - lots of thoughts here.

Baseball - I like Red Sox, Nationals, Braves, Tigers. Red Sox the most by far. Yeah, I know Braves and Nats are same division, but I live almost dead between the two. Braves were only team for us for a long time. Nats have a fun to watch pitching staff, and my son is a pitcher, so we've started really paying attention to them. Easier to say who I don't like. Yankees and Giants. No love there.

NFL - Carolina Panthers

NHL - Carolina Hurricanes

NBA - not a big fan. I guess I pull for the Hornets since they are our home state team but with interest, not passion.

Soccer - Manchester City

NASCAR - my favorite retired (Jeff Burton) so I'm kind of hoping Dale Jr. fulfills his promise.

College sports - NC State University and wherever my daughter ends up swimming (to be determined as she is a high school junior this year, but it won't be NC State, so I'll have a new favorite college for 4 years.)
