It's been revealed now that his "autobiography", "Wouldn't it Be Nice", was ghost written, much of it without his knowledge or permission.

Now that his mind is clear again, I'd like to hear his story in his own words.

By the way, Radiomargaritaville.com has been playing Brian's duet with Jimmy Buffett, "South American", a lot. I wish they'd release that on CD.

My album of the week is "Moving Pictures" by Rush , because the work is a masterpiece and because Alex plays so many different styles throughout without once sounding like a show off.............he plays FOR the music .

It also has just overtaken "Permanent Waves" as my fav Rush album , I have had an inner arguement for over 20 years

This weeks pick will have to be "Workingman's Dead " by Grateful Dead, one of their top 3 albums, and one most new fans should probably start out with. the Dead are top of their form here. They were never really a great studio band, their brilliance was live. This is one of the great studio albums.

Album: Static & Silence -- The Sundays
Track: Folk Song -- The Sundays, from "Static and Silence"

I was blown away when I first heard one of The Sundays' songs on the radio in 1992. It was from their 2nd album, "Blind," which I quickly purchased and grew to love (can you love a CD?). Within a couple of years, I went through a musical transition and traded in or sold a lot of my music, this CD included (anyone else ever done that?). Last year, a friend bought me this same CD, after hearing me talk about what a great sound they had. As I began to listen to it for the first time in a long time, I wondered why I'd ever parted with it. Since then, I've bought their other two CDs, "reading, writing and arithmetic" (1990) and "Static & Silence" (1997). Lamentably, I've never found anything about future work for the band.

Accept - Balls To The Wall. A fantastic album and a great band. The lead singer sounds just like AC/DC, with a german edge. Head over heels and love child are absolutely awesome songs.

This week will be Harvest by Neil Young, one of the greatest songwriters of the rock era. He also possesses a very unique voice. For "Heart of Gold" alone this album is worth it.

My album of the week is "Smallcreep's Day" by Mike Rutherford.

I Bought this album as soon as I heared the single "Working In Line" , both are great pieces of work.
This album got me into Genesis!
There is not a bad track on the album , the tunes are varied and memorable.
