The goal of science is to discover the truth, not to start with a truth and attempt to prove it. It's like saying the goal of science is to prove that ISIS is God's will.

Again, this is a topic about proof for creationism. Creationism has no proof, so it's adherents must ramble on and do anything to avoid answering the question.

No creationism is a view of how God created the universe. If God created the universe 6000 years ago within 6 days, then there is going to evidence, not overwhelming evidence that the universe is 13 billion years old, the Earth 4.6 and that life evolved.

The evidence for creation by definition HAS to be the universe itself. End of story, pack up your bags, go home and put up your feet. The trouble is that this is not the real question, is it? The real question is "prove the universe came into being by the work of God", and the response could equally be "prove God didn't do it." Debate over- for the sane. The nutcases can debate it forever if they wish. Nothing will change.

See what I mean? We're talking about possibilities that pre-date the known universe, and as such no one, not even the evolutionist, has anything but theories.

There would, therefore, not have been any proof generated.

Prior to God doing so, the amount of mass/energy in existence was zero.

After God spoke the earth into existence, the amount of mass energy was exactly "one earth."

Then, over a period of six days, God increased the amount of mass/energy to its current level today.

Faith does not look at what can been seen but what cannot be seen.

People without faith will always think faith in God is foolish.

What can be known about God is plain to you because God has shown you. Ever since the creation of the world God's eternal power and divine nature, although invisible, have been understood and seen through the things he made. So you are without excuse; because even though you know God, you don't honor him as God or give thanks to him.

If you deny it then maybe you should examine yourself. I find it interesting that you spend your free time preocupied in futile arguments over creation.

You cannot disprove something founded on FAITH since faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen.

That had nothing to do with what this topic is about. This topic is about showing evidence for creationism. There is none, and so persons such as yourselves muddy up topics with silly tangents instead of actually answering.

You and this post are the reason no one takes your brand of Christianity seriously. There is nothing wrong with saying "God did it." It becomes a problem when you say that God did it this way and i'lll prove it to you by quoting scripture and talking about creating ape and human forms from snow.

If you followed Christ you would not oppose the truth which is what youre doing. Be humble and repent because we will all give an account to the Lord one day.

The Bible says in Genisis and also in Hebrews how the world was made: he spoke it into existence. By his word.

Are you wiser than God? You say you are born again but you dont have faith in the scriptures I quoted? Either have faith or dont. Fear God.

Straybullet means "literalist/fundamentalist interpretation of Genesis" when says "Creationism", which of course is not fair use of the term. I can't believe he hasn't picked up on that.
