The sentiment wasn't a joke. I have a feeling that you actually believe that those who "pick and choose what we like about the bible" (read: those who disagree with my personal interpretation of scripture) do not possess a moral standard.It's called a joke smart guy
It is funny, but nowhere in the history of Catholicism, Judaism, or Evangelicalism in over 4,000 years, has homosexuality ever been defended by using personal interpretation of the Bible... there it was for thousands of years waiting for 21st century sages to discover it. LOL, we are not talking about cultural or social morals here, we are talking about the gay lifestyle. Homosexual sex, individual perversion. LOL.LOL, yeah I totally agree, Slavery totally shouldn't of been abolished, hell with what the morality says, we should just stick with what the church said was true for 1700 years. Modern interpretations, Progressive thinking, enlightenment by the Holy Spirit, all that stuff is just liberal thought! LOL
