I've been drumming since 04, and can play pretty much anything with my eyes closed now.

I had to learn, yes. You need breath control, you need to physically control your lungs (left and right) and the certain techniques applied. You also have to find your "scream" and "voice".

Chelsea Grin is a deathcore band and only certain people can scream plus create a upbeat atmosphere. So that is why it is considered a art. Not every screamer is great anyways.

As much as I like the band, I'm suprised they are still around. After screwing their sucession player that they owe over $3,000 too, plus a friendly comment from Justin Richardson himself on metalsucks.net
