The meaning in scripture is clear when it comes to Bible-approved activities on the Bible Sabbath.

Yes, it was said to ancient Israel.
The Bible itself is ancient.

Jesus quotes it in Mark 7:6-13 to cancel the war between tradition and scripture
Jesus quotes it in Luke 24 to show Christian teaching in the OT
Paul quotes it in Heb 8:6-12 so show the Christian NEW Covenant in the OLD Testament and to show that the NEW Covenant was for Israel

All NT authors refer to it as scripture
"You" in the text does not mean Europeans though, I think we agree its clear.

It means Americans, Europeans , humans on planet Earth

"Honor YOUR father and mother" Ex 20:12
"Honor YOUR father and mother" Matt 19
"Honor YOUR father and mother" Eph 6:2

I do agree with this - that IF our naming system just-so-happened to call the 7th day kerlog-day and called tuesday "Saturday" then the Sabbath would be on what we call Kerlogday. What we call it does not change the order of the days of the week.

However as it turns out we have named the days in popular culture where the 7th day of the real week in the Bible is called today - Saturday.

And yet everyone worldwide knows Sunday is the first day in the weekly cycle from ancient times...

It is not so it doesn't matter if they changed it.

Actually, almost nobody who lives in a country following the ISO standard knows or cares about that.
That is true for those of this world, but those of God and His Christ do.

No, even Christians in the ISO countries do not care about that. Because its not important in any way.

Sure, same sects or individuals may care, but not the mainstream.
No they don't and the mainstream is not a stream at all. It is a torrent from a source it knows not.

All day names in English, are transliterated or translated from Latin god (planet) names into English; the Romans believing the sun and the moon were planets as well as gods. So, all our week-day names are named after Roman Pagan gods; so, what if any day was the seventh day, it would still have the Pagan brand on it.

I doubt that the governments you mention need change the day; they have little say in other changes taking place in these latter times. For the last two years I have only been able to buy Calendars where Monday is the first day of the week.

Jewish calendars do not name the days, except for first day, second day, and thru to seventh day. Jesus knew what day the seventh day was; do you think it is possible that the Jews or even the Romans have lost count since then. The seven-day cycle is intrinsic to the plan of salvation, establishing a pattern for repartition, and for types and for prophesy. Calling the days names adds falseness to scripture.

Those who would seem to change the day from the seventh to the first are called in scripture, “they”. “They will seek to change Laws and times.”

In Spanish, we say "Sabado", and every Hispanic knows it's Sabbath.
