God has literally done so much for me that I cant think of everything he's done for me. Despite after how much I've disgraced god by smoking weed, rebelling, He's always heard my cries for help afterwards. No matter how many times I've fell down, fallen away, threw perfect faith away that he had tied around my neck, He's always given it back by grace and forgiveness(forgiveness is promised). Some moments are so tough, and so hard that its tempting to give up.. but then once he brings that ever so wonderful peace and strong faith into the heart, It's like heaven on earth, Just knowing that he's there for us. He has always brought me back into his loving arms and given me another chance. He cured me from a scary mental disorder once when I first knocked on his door, filled me with that loving feeling that fills the heart to the brim more than one time, and given me many kick starts to get my hopes up again... He's the best father anyone in all existence could ask for. He's starting to work in my mom, she's far from having schizophrenia, it seems, now my little sisters lucky enough to go to sunday school, soon, to learn about Jesus 'n god. My mom even brought out her little bible she got when she was born, when i saw that, It gave me a good feeling in the heart. We're lucky to have a mom that's teaching/taught us about about Jesus.
If you ever feel like he's given up on you, or doesn't love you, then here's some things that I kept in mind have helped me recently, and hopefully will help you.
-I constantly reminded myself he doesn't forsake nor condemn, so he doesn't give up on us.
-jesus paid for all of our sins(but, ofc blasphemy of the HS is not included), even pride is forgiven, so if your struggling with pride, its paid for.(dont get discouraged because that'll lead to worrying) just focus on having faith that god will cleanse your heart from all bad things, like pride, and to give you a loving heart like he promised (as it's a fruit of the spirit, love) everytime you feel pride dont let it worry you and remind yourself that god will fix it eventually with faith. Jesus 'n god know we have a sinful nature that's why Jesus paid for all our sins, on the cross.
-If you're having trouble with faith, just simply ask him for it, and wait, it worked for me so its gotta work for you.(faith is vital)
-even if you don't feel like he loves you after looking for every reason that he does love you, then eventually he'll show it to you by filling you with faith, or another way. Whenever I feel like he's given up on me I keep in mind that he wouldn't have gotten me this far to just give up on me, and that he got me this far because he loves me.
-and finally, the holy spirit never leaves us, we're sealed.
Don't let yourself get discouraged like I did. He's so gracious that its made me cry. God loves us all
