Isaiah 43: 25-26
25I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
26Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.
God says that He forgets our trangressions for His sake, the record of our sins has been paid and Jesus took it and nailed it to the cross (Colossians 2:14-15). THEN, God says put Him in remembrance of your merits, tell Him what you want Him to remember about you. But somehow, we end up reliving and reviving our past wrongs and sins and then end up walking in condemnation. So, my question is....if you have repented and if God has blotted out your sin and WILL NOT REMEMBER your sins, why can't you do the same for yourself? Are you cleansed or not? Why do you feel like you have to suffer a little while? Celebrate your liberty in Christ Jesus, regardless of missing the mark, repent and move forward in your God given authority, stop beating yourself up and allowing others to participate in your pity party. Some of us run away from God when we mess up when we should run TO God when we mess up since He is the only one who can remove and blot out your sin. How wonderful it is to come to Him no matter what you look like or what you have done. Your sin is none of the devil's business, your sin is God's business.
