What Did You Get for Christmas?

Mrs. Homie and I got each other a 42" LCD 1080p TV with a 4-year extended warranty. I got her an 8GB Zune, and she got me Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii and a couple of shirts. With my fantasy football winnings I got myself a Wii and Guitar Hero World Tour. From her mother we got new pots & pans (which we desperately needed), plus clothes and such. From my mom we got money; Mrs. Homie is using her half to buy yet more clothes, and I'm using my half to buy a tire .

What about the rest of you?

I got money, cloths, a book, I got a digital .mp3 recorder (for lectures in class) an Office Space calendar (I believe you have my stapler! )...etc.

My brother was sure surprised...I think...I got him Richard Connell's The Most Dangerous Game.

We bought an HD TV for my grandma. The TV works fine...now it's just a battle between her and...the remote. Something tells me, she'll take one look at all those buttons and...her TV viewing will drop dramatically, which is great! She'll have less commercial influence and maybe she'll wean herself off of...the family.

I'm trying to sell some stuff. Then I'll save up enough money to buy a laptop for collage, maybe a sager.

Yes, you can win money off of Fantasy Football, if you participate in a league that has an entry fee.

No real story behind the tire; I got a flat, and my Christmas money from MammaHomie is going toward purchasing a replacement.

I got a digital camera from my dh. I got him a trip to Rome next month so the two go very well together.

I also got a new hamster who I named Holly.

I got a pair of ear rings, a new cross necklace, 4 small bath sprays from Bath and Body Works, a bath set from Bath and Body Works and a glass blown cross. The hubster did good this year . Of course, my favorite present was the fact he was actually "present" for Christmas this year.

We got a 1.5 TB (yowsa) external hard drive and the WoW expansion packs for both of us, plus we each got a digital picture frame that holds thousands of pictures for our desks.

Then we got a couple of smaller things - I got earrings, DVDs, a couple of stuffed elephants (I collect elephants), and a calendar. Hubby got a couple of shirts, some candy, and a fake golf club that is actually a drink dispenser for those courses that make him wait for the drink cart to come around.

I am utterly shocked, very seriously astonished, at how many hundreds of pictures we have of our dogs doing absolutely nothing but looking cute.

Ugh that doesn't sound nice. I have had a cold for 3 weeks now and will have to give in and visit the doctors tomorrow because I am pretty sure its a chest infection now.

It does really suck being sick over Christmas.

Well, I got nothing, nada, zilch, zip.

Well there is a reason for it. I don't like getting gifts on Christmas. I don't think that's the reason for Christmas. Christmas have becomet a holiday for gift exchanges and I don't like it one bit.
