Here are three books I have on worship:
The Lord's Service: The Grace of Covenant Renewal Worship by Jeffrey J. Meyers
Covenantal Worship: Reconsidering the Puritan Regulative Principle by RJ Gore, Jr.
With Reverence and Awe: Returning to the Basics of Reformed Worship by DG Hart and John R Muether
I've read the DG Hart book and only portions of the other two so far. While they differ on some points, they all include all the elements of the service as worship, not just music.
