I have Anthony Bourdain's Medium Raw on hold until I finish Schiltz' book. And I plan on picking up Furious Love, because I absolutely LURVE Elizabeth Taylor and need something kind of dishy to read.

Wow! So many interesting books on here! I'm getting very inspired to read some of these during the free time I'll have after I graduate soon. As for now, not much time.

For my classes, I'm reading: Writing and Difference, Of Grammatology, and The Gift of Death by Jacques Derrida; John Stuart Mill's On Liberty and Machiavelli's The Prince for my political ethics class; and tons of articles and books about U.S. human trafficking laws for a research paper

For fun and leisure, I'm reading: Jane Austen's Persuasion, The Purpose Driven Life, A Call To Die, and the Bible (working on going through the gospel of John, but I keep getting distracted, which explains why I'm only five chapters in)

I am ready Francis Chan's "Crazy Love" - I read very few modern books, but this one is great!

Most of what I'm reading is about cultic groups from AD400-1000. It's for a doctoral dissertation and has actually been really interesting.

I should be finishing Philippians tonight .. then onto Colossians! These books are much smaller now so they are more fun to read in my opinion.

I'm currently readin Purpose For The Pain by Renee Yohe! She has an incredible story. The book can get a little intense at times though but its an amazing book.

I do for my Master's research. Interesting stuff but .. I'm a computer guy. So 15 pages of military tactical lingo and you've lost me.

All you had to say was: "We made a jet. It's very fast. It blows things up." Nuff said right there.

I'm reading The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn for my English class.

Well... I'm supposed to be reading it. I would really like to read it, if I had time.

It's very refreshing after stuff like The Aeneid and Sir Gawain and the Green Knight.

I loved the Aeneid, it seemed to be heaps more interesting than any Greek or any other Roman classic I've read.

Let's see, I just finished The Natashas: Inside the New Global Sex Trade, I'm currently reading Sex Trafficking The Global Market in Women and Children, and I'll hopefully be starting either Disposable People or The Johns: Sex for Sale and the Men Who Buy It in a day or 2. I don't normally read about sex trafficking if you're wondering, but I'm trying to prepare for a missions trip, so I'm trying to get as much reading in as I can during the holiday because there's no way it'll happen once school starts back up .
