They look like beetles much like a Ground Beetle.

Just don't try to smoosh one. I did that once with a baby cockroch running around in my screen and it left a permanent imprint.

This is why I don't smoosh bugs with a hammer in my house.

My advice is to get micro-screen mesh tape from a hardware store to cover the back vents of the monitor to keep them from getting in.
