I like Worship Together: New Worship Songs Music and Resources

New song cafe" features original artists discussing their songs, singing and playing them, and going back to explain some non traditional chordings etc."

Although the sell worship team aids. they give away many free lead sheets and lyrics.

Between this site and Paul Baloche's site already mentioned, you can stay busy for months or years.

One problem with google searching tab is many well meaning people put out wrong chord changes that are read for years and years

I agree that WorshipTogether is one of the best. They don't have every song up there, but they always have the best. The often do interviews with the artists which is inspirational to see plus you can get ideas on how to arrange a stripped-down version of the song.
