What are specific differences among Methodist denominations?

Yes, there are other Wesleyan denominations such as the Free Methodist, Church of God Anderson, Brethren in Christ and Salvation Army besides the UMC, CofN and Wesleyans. FM and UMC tend to be the more structured ones. The SA has a lot of structure but in a different way. They also don't celebrate the sacraments. Church of God {Anderson}, BIC, TWC and CotN are in the middle - some structure but not like the others. But primarily [other the Salvation Army's lack of sacramental practice and belief], we are the same in doctrine.
