Matthew 10:

3 Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphæus, and Lebbæus, whose surname was Thaddæus;
Mark 3:

18 And Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphæus, and Thaddæus, and Simon the Canaanite,
Luke 6:

14 Simon, (whom he also named Peter,) and Andrew his brother, James and John, Philip and Bartholomew.
When the synoptic gospels list the 12 disciples, Philip and Bartholomew are always together. The name "Nathanael" does not appear in the synoptic Gospels, which refer to the books of Matthew, Mark, and Luke. However, a person named Nathanael is mentioned in the Gospel of John.

John 1:

45 Philip found Nathanael and told him, “We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
The name "Bartholomew" does not appear in the Gospel of John.

There is a good chance that Bartholomew, in the synoptic, is the same person as Nathanael in the book of John.

Wiki:

I think Bartholomew and Nathanael were the same person.
