  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

We need to listen, even if it bothers us and hurts to.

This news video is what main stream news seems to be avoiding. Are we Christian, should not we be listening to the hurt of the Earth. If enough of us react to this news, we will be blessed. The first blessing is always to listen, even if it hurts. The next is to do what we are led to do, something to help. Here is the news:

Members of my wife's church were appreciative of me mentioning the refugees plight in Europe in our service's morning prayers. They had forgotten about these peoples. Have we all been so unconcerned. At least listen, to care and love them as God does, and to at least offer up prayer. I had to dig up this news through CNN to find any news about the refugees. Why is it so buried? The proof of our faith should be in our heart to God, should it not?
