  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Is it wrong to go to war in the dispensational view?

There isn't any one particular dispensational view on war. At one end of the spectrum are dispensationalists such as those in the Mennonite tradition, who believe war is wrong. For others, particularly some associated with "Colonel" Thieme, the military (and war) is glorified to a large extent.

The war that we should all be interested in is the one going on in the unseen world around us. We wrestle NOT against flesh and blood, the scriptures tell us.

Satan has usurped both realms that God has created. The Bible is the story of Gods plan to RE ESTABLISH His rightful rule and reign in BOTH of those realms.

Israel is the agent God will use to re establish His rule and reign on earth, and WE , the body of Christ are the agent that God will use to re establish His reign in the heavenlies.

Keith Blades book "Satan and his plan of evil" does an excellent job from beginning to end of showing from scripture just how this occurred and gives you the BIG PICTURE. Do yourself a favor and order it on www.enjoythebible.com
