Reading my reps page, I was definitely more cheered up enough to make another (better) video....but I have to get to bed to prep for my 10 hour shift tomorrow morning. After that I'm probably taking a little nap , but I should make a video that everyone should enjoy.

Thank you people who made me feel better about things I'm rather not good with all the time.

What programs are people using to convert their webcam/phonecam to the youtube format? The last time I did this I used a free program but it had an annoying banner msg that was displayed because it was a trial version. Any good free programs out there - or do I need to spend some $$?

I just use windows movie maker. It's enough for my purposes and makes a WMV format which is converted by youtube. Alternatively download VLC media player. It will read and convert a variety of formats. It's free.

I used Windows Movie Maker as well. If you have a PC is should be installed already. It isn't that hard to learn how to use either.

I do speak in this video - but you have to wait for it. I figure if you can't get through a little on the spot improve and botched Bach then there's no point in continuing to hear me run my gob.
