  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Not really interested. I'm more interested in the Greek mythology aspect of it and photographing the rocks of Aphrodite and the Tombs of the Kings in Paphos.

Will try and remember to pray for you and your church, thanks for sharing. It's not easy to go through transitions like that, especially if it's someone close to you, and that has been there for you many times.

Thanks a lot. Yup. It has been hard trying to comprehend things. I have resolved it in my heart that this is an end of one thing and a beginning of another. Like all the other things, pastoral leadership can always change.

My interim pastor is doing a great job for the past one year that he has been with us. My "former" pastor will do something that he enjoys a lot and I know God will use him in that area. Everything seems to fall into its' place at the end of the day. With that, all praises and glory to Him.

As what I have mentioned in the video, please pray for all of us that we may stay focused on Him and that work that needs to be done in the city. We also have a Matthew 9:37 issue here.
