Wait until you hit 60
Once you deal with whatever is shaking your core, it will get better.
At one time or another the sense of our mortality hits us, and that is a good thing!
Treasure each day you have and live it to the fullest.
We never know if today could be our last...no matter what our age.
I pray that by July you will be at peace and CELEBRATING

I felt the same when hitting 60

But I came to stop pressuring myself, and just resolved to LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ~ the rest will fall into place I found out

Praying for your renewed health ~ it is a life long goal for us all ~ attainable ONE DAY AT A TIME.

Oh, to be just 50 again! You are just a pup!!! 50 is the "new 30!"

Seriously, though, I know what you mean. 50 did not bother me. My current age of 57 bothered me.:o. ....cause that kinda means LATE 50's as opposed to early 50's or mid-fifties. It is what it is though. Might as well embraceit and just try to be pro-active about doing things that promote good health and well being.
Hey, at least you will be old enough to join us here on Golden Eagles!
