I said any law that enables illegal immigration, amounts to aiding and abetting and obstruction. Just like many who disagree with the SCOTUS ruling of presidential immunity, I disagree with any ruling that stands in the way of deporting illegal aliens.

Judges aren't in charge of ICE and DHS.

Acting through ICE means nothing. A judge has the Constitutional authority to stop everyone from acting unconstitutionally.

Nothing has come close to being more disruptive than the endless failed lawfair attempts to either get Trump out of office or to keep him from being reelected. The Republicans have a long ways to go before coming anywhere close to matching it. And in this case it's Boasberg who's being disruptive, trying to throw a monkey wrench into the operation. Along with other Democrats trying to shield alien criminals. Both President Trump and Secretary of State Rubio have the constitutional authority to order the dedeportation of legal aliens. Along with the authority to revoke visas and green cards.

Probably very long but that's Trump's fault. He shouldn't have killed the bill that would have put more immigration judges on the bench. We would have been a lot further along in finding criminals and deporting them. The process will only get worse now because Trump fired many of the judges already hearing cases.

JFK did that so what is the sudden big deal about this?

Before abt 1973, a person could lose their citizenship for fighting in a foreign army or swearing allegiance to a foreign flag.
