I'm endlessly grateful that even when we are canopied by thick clouds, the sun IS always shining . . . (and I know that's perhaps a bit cliched, yet for me, who always have let the clouds be the dominant portion of my vision, this revelation has been nothing short of sweetly amazing!)

I went to the doctor's this morning...

I had [three weeks ago] a BP of, 197 over 97
[down from 204 over 97.. a couple of weeks before that]
Having then, had my BP meds 'doubled' [Adalat 20mg to 40mg daily]
I had my BP checked again today >>>> 140 over 70

Is that GOOD ?

I am greatful for my youth even in old age. I am greatful for my health even in my old age. I am greatful for my mental health which only the Lord could have restored and renewed and transformed into his likeness.. at least He is still working on that one. .. for which I am really greatful.
