Please answer,

Have you stopped being a hater of God?
Do you want Him? Has Christ become precious to you?
Are you broken?
Is the Holy sprit so at work in you that the sinned you once loved you now hate?
Christ will take your whole life.
Has the sprit bared witness that this is happening in your life?
Do you see the disintegration of everything you thought and now your heart is filled with new thoughts and desirers about God?
God is Holy so he must hate sin.
We are all sinful our best works are like filthy rags.
God promised that you will have persecution.

On the day of creation the universe stands befrore God.
God commands stars that could burn up or sun to go into alignment until he give another order.
and they obey.
He tells valleys to be cast down
and they obey
mountains to be lifted up
and they obey.
He tells the brave sea you shall come this far
And it dose!
He looks at humans and says come
and they say No!

That is just disgusting[/FONT]

While I wouldn't quite consider myself a "new believer" yet. I have never really been a "hater" of God. I think it's fairly rude/naive of you to think everyone that doesn't believe "hates" God.

Wow, thank you for your wonderful insight Soondak, it is all quite refreshing God bless you.

I understand what you are saying, yes people need to fear God. But why are you assuming people previously didnt believe that their God would send them to hell/heaven/ they feared this false God. I know i did since i was a muslim before. I think a good way of putting what you are trying to say is to talk in terms of Justification. We are justified and that is why we are sure of our salvation, which is heaven. So if we put in a way as; do these people recognize what it is to be justified? Well to be justified is to turn from sin and turn to God, have faith in God and what Jesus Christ did for us. (When i say turn from sin, we are all human so ofcourse we will sin no matter what, but i mean you dont like to sin- you get that consious where after a sin you feel guilty).

God doesn't expect us to be perfect, otherwise why would he have come down as Jesus Christ and done what he did? If you turn around and say you can do works to earn your salvation then its like giving God a slap in the face. Works do come after faith though, but not out of trying to please God, instead out of wanting to do it as we all conform to the image of Jesus Christ.

"Is the Holy sprit so at work in you that the sinned you once loved you now hate?"
Well the reason i sin is because i like the sin- otherwise what would make sin appealing? temptation is always there so you won't hate every sin you commit. But with temptation God says he will never tempt you to what you cannot stand, 1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has overtaken you that is unusual for human beings. But God is faithful, and he will not allow you to be tempted beyond your strength. Instead, along with the temptation he will also provide a way out, so that you may be able to endure it." So this says we will all be tempted to sin, which isn't unusual, so we all have had and will have a want to sin at some points, but God will always provide a way out yay for God!!

Sorry i rambled on! hope i make sense, its 12:40am here!!
Thanks again brother
