I have no idea what to cook tonight. it will be something simple because dh is away for the next 5 days. So I'm thinking a pasta dish. Maybe a carbonara, I have the ingredients (or at least I think I do) If not I'll just do a pasta bake, I have the sauce in the cupboard, also some vegie to grate into it.

Hopefully my dd who seems to be on a dinner strike will eat it. She eats just about every other meal, just not dinner.

so easy..I made this last night

Brown ground beef, saute mushrooms and onion, add spinach and wilt, scramble in an egg and some hot sauce, sprinkle with cheese of choice. Season as you go

last night we had kilbasa, sourkraut, and potatoes. wasn't thrilled with it...DH cooked.

last night we had fried eggs and toast with peanut butter. cantelope with cool whip for dessert. ( we often have breakfast food for supper cuz we all like only cereal in the morning)

breakfast was cheerios and milk and juice.

lunch will be tuna on crackers, and pickles, yum yum

tonight we had a quick and easy dinner...
BBQ ribs and cole slaw.
we bought the pre-cooked ribs and just heated them on the BBQ.
Very tasty!
