I wanted to share that this setup of Mobile Device Management software and screenshot accountability software on a Samsung Galaxy phone is working very effectively at preventing me from viewing inappropriate content. I installed Truple which takes screenshots of my phone and shares them with accountability partners. The software is explained at www.truple.io. Knowing that my friends can see screenshots of my phone prevents me from making unwise content decisions. I am also using the Manage Engine Mobile Device Management (MDM) software to block recovery functions that can either disable the screenshot accountability software or erase the software installed on the device. Even though I posted on this forum about a technical problem that may have been caused by the MDM software, I wanted to explain that I am very satisfied with the software setup on my Galaxy phone, and this is keeping me on the right track with my device.
I also have found that this setup with Android give me more freedom. Previously on iPhone, I had YouTube, Facebook, and search engines blocked because I couldn't find a reliable screenshot accountability solution. Because Apple wants to protect people's privacy, they see Truple as spyware and won't allow it in their App Store.
