Thanks for the condolences everyone!
The funeral was kind of sad because he wasn't a christian. It is comforting when someone you know dies and they're a christian, at least you know you'll see them again someday.
aww, just because someone's not a Christian, it doesn't mean you won't see him in heaven

do you have any plans for the weekend?

If someone doesn't accept Jesus into their heart as their Lord and Savior they are not a Christian and will not go to Heaven. Do some checking around in your Bible, any other questions about this just ask me.

Not much is going on for me this weekend, today I have to stay home and watch my little sister. Tomorrow is Mothers Day and my other sister and I are making a multiple course dinner for my mom.

I've heard about that movie before, I'm not sure if I've seen it or not...

What are your favorite movies?

Oh its really funny, at least we think it is. My sister and I quote from it all the time.

A couple of my other favorite movies are...
Pirates of the Carribean, Pearl Harbor, Freaky Friday (even though I'm not a big Lindsey Lohan fan), and You've Got Mail.

I'm interested in finding out what was in this dinner you prepared for your mom. Sounds like a lovely Mother's day gift.

Well we set the table all fancy with a fresh bouquet of flowers in the middle and cloth napkins and tall glasses.
I made up menus and place cards on the computer that we set at each place. The menus had a really nice picture of my sister and I on them. And here's what we had to eat...

Peach iced tea sangria
Hummus on pita bread and grapes (appatizer)
Lettuce salad with sweet and sour dressing
Fried chicken breasts with chedder mustard sauce
Garlic roasted vegetables
Coffee Toffee parfaits

My mom said she loved it
