The Way To Unity

Jesus already intercedes for us to be in perfected unity. THE REASON: - Unity amongst Christians is proving for the world that God sent Jesus. It also proved that God loved us.

John 17:23 I in them and You in Me, that they may BE PERFECTED IN UNINTY, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me.

You know the Lord just gave me something I thought I'd throw in here.

What if right now we just all looked at one another and with in ourselves made a commitment to "pre forgive them".  An attitude of "I know your going to screw up so I'm going to forgive you now before you do, and when you do, we'll just work it out somehow."

Any one want to take that hook line and sinker?

Ouch. this is so true, bittneness does nothing but twart our growth in Christ.

Father God: thank you that we can bring our hurts and injustices to You and that You care and strengthen us in those times. Let us always have a heart of love in all our relationships. In Jesus name.

John 17:20-26: "I am not praying only for these men but for all those who will believe in me through their message, that they may all be one. Just as you, Father, live in me and I live in you, I am asking that they may live in us, that the world may believe that you did send me. I have given them the honour that you gave me, that they may be one, as we are one - I in them and you in me, that they may grow complete into one, so that the world may realise that you sent me and have loved them as you loved me. Father, I want those whom you have given me to be with me where I am; I want them to see that glory which you have made mine - for you loved me before the world began. Father of goodness and truth, the world has not known you, but I have known you and these men now know that you have sent me. I have made your self known to them and I will continue to do so that the love which you have had for me may be in their hearts - and that I may be there also."

Ephesians 4:13. Till we all COME IN UNITY OF THE FAITH, and of the KNOWLEDGE OF THE SON OF GOD, unto a perfect man, unto the MEASURE OF THE STATURE OF THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, Tossed to and for, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But SPEAKING 5HE TRUTH IN LOVE, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the WHOLE BODY FITLY JOINED TOGETHER and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

COME IN UNITY OF THE FAITH – Please make up your minds what you want to believe and stand on your believes. There is only one correct way to make up your mind and it’s by the word of God. Don’t be misled by people, churches or traditions. If you are uncertain about anything ask the Holy Spirit to lead you into all truth. You will be amazed by how quickly your prayer will be answered.

COME TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SON OF GOD – Find out what Christ really did for YOU on the cross. Get the full revelation of how Jesus paid the price for your sin and shortcomings. To what extend. I always tell people that there will be sinless people lost forever. When a sinner comes to repent their sins are forgive – past present and future. Jesus paid it all. Only one reason to miss it all is as if you are lukewarm.

GROW UP INTO THE STATURE OF THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST – Even if Christ paid it all and we stand under His righteousness, we need to walk, talk and live as Christ did. We need to be as a tree planted by a fountain – full of good fruit for other to come and rest and eat. Our minds need to be renewed by the word of God.

TO BE TOSSED TO AND FRO, shows that we need to have on the full armor of God so that we can stand on our doctrines

We need to speak the truth in love always. Help those who are caught up in wrong believe and help them to grow into the word.

If we can persevere in all above we will come to the point to be joined in unity. Unity gives us power and we need power in these last days for the end time task.

Colossians 3:14 And above all these things put on charity (love), which is the bond of perfections.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Love - the bond of perfectionisms, for this is the bond of union between Christians, which knits and cements them together, so that they are perfectly joined together, and are of one mind and one heart: it is the bond of peace among them, of perfect unity and brotherly love; and a most beautiful and pleasant thing it is for brethren to live and dwell together in unity.

Psalms 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity

Many souls can be saved through unity between Christians. Lets work side by side in unity to make use of every drop of blood that was shed on the cross, for sinners to be saved.

Ephesians 4:3. Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

Colossians 2:2
That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ

It's God's plan that we are be One under Christ

4For as in one physical body we have many parts (organs, members) and all of these parts do not have the same function or use,
5So we, numerous as we are, are one body in Christ (the Messiah) and individually we are parts one of another [mutually dependent on one another].

yes, and God is love, how can we call ourselves His children when we don't walk in love!

Colossians 3:14
Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection.

And to all these qualities add love, which binds all things together in perfect unity.
