I think when you boil anything or pan fry in an IRON pan it looses vitamins and stuff.

The best way to get the most out of fruits and vegetables is to juice them right away and drink the juice right away.

You might try washing the broccoli with warm water then eating it with cheese.

Here is some info from The Juiceman Jr. Instruction and Recipe Book.
"Formula for removing toxic surface sprays from your NON-organic produce: (1.) Fill your kitchen sink with cold water.
(2.) Add four tablespoons of salt and juice of 1/2 fresh lemon. This makes a diluted form of hydrochloric acid.
(3.) Soak fruits and vegetables 5 to 10 minutes.
(4.) Soak leafy greens 2 to 3 minutes.
(5.) Soak berries 1 to 2 minutes.
(6.) Rinse after soaking.

Food causing homosexuality? I don't know if I can believe that. I eat pretty much anything (contrary to certain beliefs), and I find that pretty far out there. Unless one considers fixing chicken and rice that takes forever to cook really late at night. Cuz that's a gay move. Yo.

Oddly enough, numerous studies have shown that I3C does little to elevate test levels, even when combined with other testosterone percursors. Nor does it do much for the actual prevention of the production of estradiol.

Yes, eating your vegetables is a good thing, but as Joelk said, you need fat in your diet more than anything else for hormonal production and regulation. The same sterols that are ingested as cholesterol are the ones used as/converted to the active steroidal compounds within the body.
