/me wonders if that means promise keepers who broke their promises..

but that means they are not promise keepers and could not join the club...the club wouldn't have a meaning then...since no one could join except promise keepers....and the promise keepers that are still promise keepers wouldn't join because they wouldn't need a second chance........let me know if Im confusing.
