I tried to get Chrisbot to tell me who it is but he wouldn't say

That is generous. You can work out who has added to your reputation from the User CP menu, but I have not found a similar option for blessings.

It depends on whether the "blesser" wants you to know that it was him/her or not. You can make your blessings anonymous if you click the option when filling out your "blessing form" or whatever it is.
