What is funny about it? Its quite complicated to send a probe to moon that is able to scan the surroundings, receive commands from Earth and send some data back to Earth.
NON existent Antarctic ice??Oh dear, it looks as tho the none existent Antarctica ice is melting.
She is babbling inconsistent nonsense. Depending on what youtube video she just watched as the latest.NON existent Antarctic ice??
You, yourself, said that Antarctica is surrounded by high ice walls.
So just before the 7 minute 30 second mark, they get a clear shot of Chicago from 42.6 miles, except all they can see over the horizon is the tops of a few of the tallest towers. Why can't they see all of the Chicago shoreline if the earth is flat? They've zoomed in, and according to you lot the whole city should be visible.Well I don't invent lies for one & no I am not dumb.
The curvature of the earth has been proven to be lie many times.
The earth supposedly curves 8" to evey mile.
Don't you see what you posted? If the earth is a globe why is that flight path as such??The great circle routes for Sydney-Santiago or Sydney-Johannesbug take them close to, but not over Antarctica. To divert over Antarctica would take longer and use more fuel.
Yes, it was me that posted it.Don't you see what you posted?
On a curved surface, the shortest distance between two points is an arc. If you go to the website and rotate the globe so the two cities are opposite sides of the centre, then it will be a straight line. You fail at junior hugh school geometryIf the earth is a globe why is that flight path as such??
Isn't the shortest distance between two points a straight line?
Should not that flat path be straight across?
There are no 'good' flat earth maps. All that you people ever provide are projections of globe earth mapsDear one, please look at that same flight path on a good flat earth map and you'll see the truth.
Adventurer and entreprener Dick Smith circumnavigated the globe via the north and south poles in 1988-89And no one has circumnavigated the globe from north to south or south to north,
because it can not be done, the earth is not a ball, we are under a dome.

The paths are much longer on the flat projection used by the UN symbol map and not at all consistent with the flight durations, which correspond exactly with the great circle paths on the globe. The path makes sense on the united nations map even, in reality the path is a straight line, given the fact that the earth is flat not round.

I'm not aware of any direct flights between Santiago and JohannesburgAnd @prodromos
I'm talking about the flight path of Johannesburg to Santiago.
Whereas before I had shown two different flights from Sydney to other continents in the Southern Hemisphere so that I didn't have to post two images. I've now posted them separately as it seemed to be too much for you to comprehend.Your now showing just Johannesburg to Sydney and then Sydney to Santiago separately.
I was posting flights between Sydney and two other continents. I was saving time by posting both flights on the one image.Look at your original image dear one, there should be no need at all whatsoever to even go to Sydney!
Hopefully you now understand how foolish your response has been. They stop at Sydney because in reality, on a real map, one can see that the flight is actually long, and they have to stop to refuel in Sydney,
the whole thing is one straight shot, from Johannesburg to Sydney to Santiago, on the united nations map even,
on a good flat earth map it will be an even straighter line, all three points.
In 2019, another group set a world record circumnavigating the earth via the poles in under 47 hours.Here is his flight route;
Route: North Pole – Nord Base, Greenland – Svalbard, Norway – Norway – Helsinki, Finland – Leningrad, Soviet Union (now St. Petersburg) – Kiev, Soviet Union – Odessa, Soviet Union – Istanbul, Turkey – Limassol, Cyprus – Cairo, Egypt – Khartoum, Sudan – Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Nairobi, Kenya – Serengeti, Tanzania – Lusaka, Zambia – Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe – Cape Town, South Africa – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – Santiago, Chile – South Pole.
Nord Base, Greenland to Svalbard Norway, is a right turn, not a circumnavigation of anything.
No one has circumnavigated the prime meridian. What they have done is nonsense to fool people who are not paying attention.
For Dick's flight to be anything he would need to go from Nord Base, Greenland up through Greenland to the other side
crossing much ocean to reach Antarctica and then the southern continents. His flight path shows what he did.

And in the text of the post that went with the image I specifically stated flights from Sydney to Santiago or Sydney to Johannesburg. I never said Santiago to Johannesburg. Do you not understand this?
Airlines only have direct flights between distant cities if it is commercially viable. If there aren't enough regular passengers to fill the airplane then they won't have direct flights because they will be making a loss. Hence, why you have flights with multiple stops and flight changes. One entering Johannesburg to Santiago will get the above as one of the flight routes.
It makes no sense at all whatsoever.
Here is the route from flightconnections . com

For a trip from Johannesburg to Santiago only 1 out of the 5 routes given makes any sense.
This route is the most crazy, and only makes sense when one realizes the true nature of the land.
Most of the routes go up to somewhere, then back down to Santiago.
Out of the 5 routes given four take 25 hours, and the one, that we can also see in this image,
the one seeming to be what we would expect takes 14 hours.
Why do the other routes exist at all? Shouldn't every flight between the two places be that general straight shot?
And then trying to actually book that supposed straight shot route is another thing.
Also none of the flights are a straight shot, they all include stops.
If they can go from Johannesburg to Sydney without stopping,
how is it that they can't go from Johannesburg to Santiago without stopping!?
A 25 hour flight is more "commercially viable" than a 14 hour flight?Airlines only have direct flights between distant cities if it is commercially viable. If there aren't enough regular passengers to fill the airplane then they won't have direct flights because they will be making a loss. Hence, why you have flights with multiple stops and flight changes.

According to the earth curve calculator, at 42.6 miles, from eye level up on the deck of the boat (lets say 15 feet), approximately 956 feet is hidden behind the horizon. Since the Willis Tower is 1451 feet tall, that still leaves about 500 feet of the tower still visible which looks about right from what they see from their boat.
Congratulations. Rob Skiba has proved the earth is a globe less than 8 minutes into his video.
