  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'll take the headline to mean "for the first time".

The last game I beat for the first time was Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

It was sooo funny: All the game's talk about illuminati, secret societies, etc, made me think of the nutcases inhere who post conspiracy theories about this all the time.

Nope. One of them has to die. Take it from someone who's played, and re-played the trilogy a number of times (and plan on doing so more times!).
Wrex can definitely be saved, though.

The last 4 games I beat were:

1) Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
2) Fallout 3
3) Fallout New Vegas
4) Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

(And I've beat all of the add-ons to the above games).

I'm currently playing Crysis 2 but am stuck. I can't seem to beat an alien ship that keeps killing me over and over again.

How do you beat Skyrim, though? Completing EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE mission in the game (excepting those that are incompatible, of course), or just the main quest/s?

I beat the main quests and as many of the side quests as possible. I basically play until there really isn't anything else to do.

I forgot to mention that the last game I beat was so short that I already forgot about it. It's really fun with great graphics and storyline but I beat it in 2 days. I was really disappointed that there wasn't more content:

"Dishonored" great game but not worth 60 bucks.

I'm still struggling to find my way around that blasted cave in Dawnguard, after you meet that elf from a long-extinct line....Darn Bethesda for not putting way markers....

Have you played it on Hardcore yet? You have to do that to unlock Insanity (appropriately named 'cuz it will drive you insane )


Last thing I finished, wasn't a whole game, but the Citadel DLC for ME3.

nope when i played it the second time i was not paying attention to the difficulty setting
