Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.
Well since the only thing I can think of that's "changed" as far as I know is me popping in here periodically, I can certainly remedy that for you with no hard feelings involved.
And no that is not said out of any emotional reaction. I feel nothing. Literally.

We all want to see The Inner Room as a place of peace where we come together as a family of Christian Believers, caring for and loving each other. "Love is kind" God says in 1 Corinthians 13:4. So we are to be careful with our speech and relationship with all others here - to ensure that we always speak in love and speak kindly and gently.
It's perfectly possible to speak the truth within those parameters - and that's what is needed in all posts here. The Pinocchio "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all" is a pretty reasonable guide.
Please do NOT look upon these words as 'targeting' anyone. They're not (if I do, you'll know it, trust me!) All I'm asking is care taken when you write, and when you give advice. It's my hope and prayer that we will be showing the love towards each other that is GOD'S COMMAND TO US! Nothing less will do!
SECONDLY
(a) CONCERNING YOU. When someone does say something that doesn't go down well with you, please try not to react. It's just SO easy to take something personally when the writer never meant that at all. "Look for the good" is what's needed here (not the opposite). That makes for HARMONY and LOVE!!
(b) CONCERNING SOMEONE ELSE. If the thing said is 'against' someone else, then you may want to come to their aid. I hope you will! We're here to SUPPORT each other, right. That's what Christians who are serious with the Lord do. BUT... instead of 'attacking' the perpetrator - don't!! Instead, support the one who has been hurt. That's the best way to maintain harmony in the family.
Please remember that we are ALL sinners! So please take care not to throw the first stone - or the second!! If someone says something NOT in love, and you then slang back at them, what happens? It's quite inevitable: things like hurt, an argument or fight, and piles of upset! In fact all the very things God says not to do, not to have amongst us!
I do hope this will help harmony and love to prevail here in our special online family!
