Just recently discovered that
Adam’s to Noah’s Hebrew names literally says how the Lord saves His people from death.

Edit:
Interesting fact about Methuselah, he was 969 when he died which is the longest among all the first men (documented).
Notice his name, ''his death shall bring forth''
in the year that he died, a worldwide flood which has been prophesied long before, swept mankind.
Truly, the Lord is long suffering to those who are in bondage to sin.

cool observation
I just accidentally stumbled upon it yesterday.
Also, Zechariah 3 talks about these men who are symbolic of the things to come. (pointing to Jesus, the man of sorrows, the suffering servant who will save His people from darkness)

The only thing I saw in that passage was the 7 eyes on the stone. It reminds me of the 7 spirits of the 7 churches, but I can't locate the eyes in revelation. The stone, could be a reference to the cornerstone, the stone that the builders rejected. But, I'm not seeing a connection with 3 men. Which things are you referencing?
