Santa's Sacred Word is similar to the bibles in that he doesn't like to get into too much detail.
I still think predicting Relativity and Anti-Gravity puts Santa ahead of Jesus in the science prediction game.
Dear TFY, Creating Universes, every living creature that moves, including you, and everything which exists physically, is a much higher position to speak from than your silly Santa comparison. Without Jesus was not anything made which was made. John 1:3
In Love,
Aman
Please don't call my Santa comparison silly. It is just as valid as your beliefs.
I don't believe there were scientists of any kind in the time and culture of the OT. In the entire world, there were only a few proto-scientists. There were more proto-scientists at the time of the NT, but in the culture of the NT, I can't think of any.
I think this would also work perfectly on a spherical earth.
By the way, do you think that "one place" description make sense?
Who is "Yahweh"?THE STORY
-Yahweh creates ...
I like to clip part of this figure, but it is not convenient. So I just use the whole thing.
I like the description on this figure about the pillar of the earth. It is very good and is exactly what we think the continents are supported today. It would be better if the word asthenosphere is used to replace the "water below".
I guess it should be a surprise to you. The description deeply shocked me when I learned it.
No, the water in the mantle is nothing like the "waters below" in the Bible. You were not deeply shocked, you were merely deeply confused and still are. The rocks in the mantle are drier than bone, in fact much drier than bone. Even where there is water it is a very small percentage of a solid rock. There is not one drop of moisture there.

Nope, I am not confused at all. There was no "Adam's world". In fact we know that there never was an Adam and Eve.You have confused Adam's world with the present Universe. Picture Adam's firmament as a spherical solid boundary and put water inside the firmament in the bottom and add dry ground on top of the water and you have a Flat Earth with NO rocks, but only water beneath. Then, you will able to understand WHY Adam's Earth/ground was "clean dissolved" in the Flood as Isa 24:19 states. Amen?
God tells us He made a firmament or boundary of the first heaven on the second Day. Genesis 1:6-8 This defines heaven since God called the firmament heaven.
The firmament was empty, containing only air, since we are told in the New Testament that it was "in the water and out of the water" which indicates that it was floating in water. 2 Peter 3 (Blue Letter Bible: KJV - King James Version)
God spins the water from under the firmament and brings it into the enclosure.
Gen 1:9 ¶And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place,
The water is contained in the bottom of the Biosphere.
and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
Gen 1:10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.
We know that God spun the water to bring it into the firmament because He called the waters "Seas" which in Hebrew means a roaring, the sound made when the waters were twisted in order to bring them into the Biosphere.
The dry land was placed into the firmament and was on top of the water, with the sky above. This Earth, the Earth of Adam, was very FLAT. It's highest point is only 22 1/2 feet above sea level, Genesis 7 (Blue Letter Bible: KJV - King James Version) and the entire Earth had only 4 Rivers while the present Earth has thousands, indicating it was much smaller than our Earth.
Is there any wonder that ancient man believed the stories of a Flat Earth? Put dry land on top of water in an enclosed Biosphere and you will also find that Genesis 1:9-10 describes a Flat Earth. It's the Flat Earth of Adam which was "clean dissolved" in the waters of a Universal Flood. Isaiah 24:19

That was Nebuchadnezzar's dream.Daniel 4:10-11 also supports a flat earth.
That was Nebuchadnezzar's dream.
That's like saying Alice in Wonderland supports a fading cat.
Only a scientist would compare someone's dream in the Bible* to reality.
* Any other book and they would have made the distinction.
Nice try.Christians believe in dreams in the Bible all the time -- they call it "prophecy."
Is prophecy not real?
Nice try.
