What "lack of fossil evidence"? The theory of evolution is extremely well supported by fossil evidence, in fact the theory of evolution is the only working explanation of the fossil record. And there are Precambrian fossils. They are of course very rare because the Cambrian "explosion" which was not the quite the explosion that creationist sites claim, took tens of millions of years. The reason that fossils are very rare before then is that hard body parts did not exist before the Cambrian. You do know that oxygen levels have been increasing over the eons, don't you? Before the Cambrian there probably was not enough oxygen for hard body parts to form in the first place.How about the lack of fossil evidence pre Cambrian-explosion to explain it?

The argument for the lack of fossil evidence is based mostly on what evidence was available 150 years ago. The fossil record we have today makes the one in Darwin's time almost non existent. You need to think in terms of geologic time. The Cambrian explosion is divided into 10 major stages spanning more than 50 million years, not to mention much diversity occurring prior to the Cambrian Period. What must be understood is that favorable environmental conditions for diversified life did not develop on earth until shortly before the Cambrian. For much of earth history there was no free oxygen in the atmosphere or oceans. It took a couple of billion years to develop through cyanobacteria. There were 3 to 4 snowball earth events as well prior to the Cambrian.How about the lack of fossil evidence pre Cambrian-explosion to explain it?
Chemistry... The planet earth must provide the correct chemistry for the support of life...
C - Carbon - As we are carbon based units so it is impossible to exist on a planet without carbon. Carbon can bond to create long carbon chains and has an infinite possibility of molecular structure. Carbon is the play-do of planet earth as it can bond with just about anything.
O - Oxygen - Oxygen has two chemical bonds. It makes up water and the air we breathe and it is impossible to exist with out it.
H - Hydrogen - Hydrogen has one chemical bond and it must exist to give energy to Carbon and Oxygen. As it makes up hydrocarbons and water, it is a must have for life.
N - Nitrogen - Must exist in an oxygen based atmosphere, otherwise if you were to light a fire you may burn down the planet. Nitrogen occurs in all organisms, primarily in amino acids (and thus proteins), in the nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) and in the energy transfer molecule adenosine triphosphate. The human body contains about 3% by mass of nitrogen, the fourth most abundant element in the body after oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen. The nitrogen cycle describes movement of the element from the air, into the biosphere and organic compounds, then back into the atmosphere.
Ca - Calcium - Needed for bone and teeth formation. God has placed Ca in abundance on planet earth. The mothers of the planet drink it from spring water and eat it from vegetables. Calcium had to be dispersed widely in planet earth to support the reality of life. We need the calcium metal to build the skeleton to enable us to stand and to chew. And I cannot imagine the body without a skull to protect the mind!
Mg - Magnesium - Needed for photosynthesis. Without which plants will not grow. Mg, as Ca, is a metal. It is a neat thing on how both Ca and Mg are dispersed upon planet earth almost in a non-metallic structure so they can bond with things and create creative chemical compounds.
Cl - Chlorine - Needed to work with sodium to keep the oceans clean. Without which the oceans would be polluted with death. Chlorine is also needed in our body in the form of HCl, hydrochloric acid, to digest the foods we eat.
Na - Sodium - Is also a metal. It joins with Chlorine in the form of NaCl to help preserve our oceans. Sodium is an essential electrolyte that helps maintain the balance of water in and around your cells. Sodium is important for proper muscle and nerve function. It also helps to maintain stable blood pressure levels.
K - Potassium -All animals and plants contain large amounts of sodium and potassium cations dissolved in water. Both ions are often accompanied by the chloride ion, since there must be an equal number of positive and negative charges in any small region. The potassium ion is generally found inside the cell. A large number of body processes depend not only on the presence of Na and K ions, but on the proper balance being maintained between them.
Fe - Iron -Perhaps the most essential transition metal in the body where an iron-containing molecule called haemoglobin carries oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body. Small amounts of iron are found in every tissue cell in molecules that use oxygen. About 3% of the iron in the body is in muscle cells in a molecule called myoglobin. Both ferrous (Fe2+) and ferric (Fe3+) ions are involved in energy-producing processes.
Cu - Copper - Required for a variety of roles in the body, several of which are connected to the use of iron. Deficiency of copper will result in weak blood vessels and bones as well as nerve damage.
Zn - Zinc -Zinc is essential for normal growth of genital organs, wound healing, and general growth of all tissues. It is also associated with the hormone insulin, which is used to treat diabetes. Oysters are an unusually rich source of zinc.
I - Iodine - Like chlorine, but unlike bromine, iodine is essential to life. It is part of the thyroxine molecule, a thyroid gland hormone that controls growth. Seafood contains enough iodide to supply the body's needs.
F - Fluorine -Too much fluorine can be as injurious as too little. If the fluoride ion (F-) level in water is about 1 part per million, tooth decay in children is cut in half compared with water deficient in fluoride.
All of these elements had to be perfectly dispersed in planet earth to support the reality of life. All provided by a generous Heavenly Father. Also noting the abundance of hydrocarbons, which is the lifeline to modern day economies.

Really? I thought you were indicating an intelligent designer made all that happen.A chemical reaction is the result of a negative anion reacting with a positive cation. They do not have brains to do anything but react with one another. Or if they have a molecular partnership, where all charges are satisfied, they simple exist one with another, H2O water for example.

That does not address my response to your post concerning the Cambrian explosion. I would really appreciate your response to that.The universe is about 15 billion years old and is the result of the big bang, or when God said let their be light. But God put the earth in orbit around the sun creating the first day, approximately 6,000 years ago.... Give or take a few hundred years. If you read Genesis the bible is very specific on the births of the patriarchs, from Adam to Abraham.
So he makes every chemical reaction happen. Busy fellow.God is not a chemical but a chemist. He instigates the reactions that form our reality.
