  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Alright. *pops knuckles before proceeding*

High up on a roof near the small town of Batavia sat a figure in black that looked around the age of 17. Of course he wasn't a normal boy, no, he has experinced massive amounts of trama. And one day, he will grow up to be be the great John Conner (OOC: Sorry but I'm using something from Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, but of course with my bit of twist in it. ). "Why must everything be this way? Why do I have to destroy vampires on my own? I just can't do it on my own," he thought as he silently repaired his robotic humanoid legs. "Now the right blue wire matches the left white wire in the exact place," he said to himself before looking up again.

History: At age 5, John's father left his family for a "business trip" and hasn't been back ever since. But John's there for his mother in the hard time that she's going through. Little is known about him except about his father leaving him when he was just 5 years old. Sure, it's a hard time for him, but hey, he goes with the punches, entertaining Edward, who he was a friend with since he was 12 years old, Edward "Edie" when she was 12 years old too.
