It is clear to me that 2021 was a year that in which Joe Biden's failures as a president began.
They're mostly not failures. It's just a dumb article listing off stuff they don't like, with a couple of actual failures thrown in. How the heck could proposing the American Families Plan be considered a scandal or a failure? That would be like me saying that Trump proposing the Mexico wall constituted a failure on his part. I can think it's a bad policy, but it's a "failure" to propose something that you campaigned on?
