I beg your pardon!?The lack of respect for a book you consider as holy is amazing. But your lack of respect for other cultures is really close to racism.
Why would you expect the Creator to be limited by the laws He created?
That's right.He's a KJVO...
That's right.
A lot of people don't understand how a KJVO operates, and it shows in their expectations of me.
They expect me to address their points when they appeal to another language, thinking they've made a point against me, and it doesn't work.
Instead, they get a lesson in KJVO, and end up going straight to vent & ridicule without passing GO.
When there's only one Version, it's hard not to.Well, considering the original language in the garden was English, I'd say you picked the correct version, right?
The lack of respect shown in your post is in my opinion very close to racism.I beg your pardon!?
I'm not going to dignify this with a response; other than to say I'll assume it's just another false accusation to add to the [long] list. The lack of respect shown in your post is in my opinion very close to racism.
Why would you expect the Creator to be limited by the laws He created?
You just did a good job describing many creationists here.I have noticed that they have an amazing ability to get stuck on things that have nothing at all to do with the Bible. It just confirms the fact that everyone knows deep down inside of them what is true. Because sometimes they have an amazing ability to avoid the truth. To try and deny that they know the truth will not help them any.
And there's the Big Creationist Stick we have all come to love! They will be held accountable, no matter how much they try to deny the truth.
Mark 2:27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:Why would you expect the Creator to violate the very laws He created?
Mark 2:27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:
So changing descriptions with every other new discovery is considered having the truth? But indeed, that is a proscriptive law made for mankind to follow. We are talking about the physical laws of the universe, which are descriptive, not proscriptive.
Still nothing on *how* it was done. Try again. Show how it has more explanatory power than the mainstream scientific theories. Hint: you will need to show your familiarity with those theories for this to make any sense.
Did you think that altering my post to change its intent would lend substance to your response?Creatio ex nihilo & creatio ex materia.
So changing descriptions with every other new discovery is considered having the truth?
Anytime knowledge improves our understanding of reality, then yes. I'm sorry your belief paradigm does not allow for this. Not to worry though, fortunately we have millions of dedicated people working on improving our understanding of reality. So changing descriptions with every other new discovery is considered having the truth?
Closer to the truth ≠ having the truth.Would you consider clinging to old, out-dated and/or falsified descriptions closer to the truth?
Closer to the truth ≠ having the truth.
QV please:Beats sticking ones' head in the sand and not accepting new information when it becomes available.
In reading about entropy just now (symbolized by the letter H), I came across this definition:A measure of the loss of information in a transmitted message. Thus I would like to submit this as the equation for the entropy of the Bible:
In English, it simply states that the change [Δ] in the entropy [H] of the Bible equals zero.
- ΔH(Bible)=0
Put another way, there is no change in the loss of information in the Bible.
The Telephone Game, which relies on entropy, does not apply.

Therefore, there cannot be a Creator.
