Image problem confirmed.....

When I post an image that's too big from Imageshack.us, copying their "Forum" link for the image, for posting to forums. I then create a new upload with the same file, but for a smaller size, and also even use a completely different image upload site, and no matter how I EDIT the image, refresh the page, delete cookies, restart browser, etc., the SAME original large image only shows, in different browsers also, even though in the Edit there is a completely different link.

So, let me try some other kinds of tests.

Okay.... I figured out the problem.....

When posting a link to the picture, the sites give you something like this:

Code:
[URL=http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/193/mx31f.png/][IMG]http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/3397/mx31f.png[/IMG][/URL]

Once you post this link in a post, the image will show.... but then you can NEVER change it, no matter what you change it to, using the same format. I will test next to see if you can change it just using the "direct link". I think you can.

Anyway, the proper way the link needs to be posted is using just this part:

Code:
[IMG]http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/3397/mx31f.png[/IMG]

When you include the "url" part, I don't know if it's the forum cookies or what, but something has a spaz that will not change, no matter deleating cookies or what. I haven't been able to look at the image using a different computer, so I don't know yet if it only spazes on my computer, of if everyone else is seeing the same large image which deforms the page, or if you all are seeing the smaller image that doesn't deform the page?

What do you all see in the very first post? An image that deforms the page, or a smaller image which doesn't?
