Your goal is to take a photograph that depicts modern technology. Technology itself, uses of technology, or how our technology affects our environment are some ideas of acceptable subjects. It's pretty broad, so I expect many submissions!
As with the last challenge, there will be three winners selected publicly, and one selected by me based on artistic merit and how well it depicts modern technology. First place will be 2000 blessings, second place will be 1000, and third place will win 500 blessings. My choice will receive another 2000 blessings.
In this challenge, digital manipulation will be restricted to adjusting white balence, levels, contrast or brightness. Obvious manipulation not possible in a dark room will be disqualified (i.e. small effects like cropping will be allowed. If in doubt, just ask). The idea is to produce photographs using the camera though obviously in scanning or taking pictures with a digital camera, some colour or level adjustments may need to be made.
Questions can be asked here, but please refrain from complimenting photographs submitted in the challenge. There will likely be many great submissions, but we need to stay as unbiased as possible in these challenges.
Right then. I suppose the challenge has to close at some point. How about April 24. That sounds like a good date. Also three submissions per member will be allowed.
