  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I was living in Arkansas for about 4 yrs and got involved with an AWESOME church after being saved. God blessed us with a great church family to watch over us. I learned a TON and my walk with the Lord just went to a whole new level. I also became part of the worship team as a drummer/bass player and just loved playing music that glorifies our Lord Jesus Christ.

Then I lost my job... and I had to move back to TX. We are now starting over.

Now we are closer to family but I am REALLY miss all of our friends and my old church. I also REALLY MISS playing worship music, too.



I have a few prayer requests...

Please pray for our family that we might find a good church that teaches the Word.

Please pray for an opportunity for me to play music for Jesus again.

Please pray for strength as we lead by example, so other members of our family make come to Christ and his divine forgiveness and grace.

Please pray for a job in the Austin area for me.

Please pray for us that we might raise our daughter right and teach her about Jesus and wonderful sacrifice He has done for us.

For you and your family...may God guide you to the church where He needs you, that you might hear his word. May you have and opportunity to use the gifts He gave you to serve Him again. May he guide your words and example that may may lead others, and may He guide you to rewarding employment where you'd like it to be. May He guide the words and example of you and your wife, that your daughter will come to know Christ, and find His purpose for her

Yhank you Father for Doulous..We praise you that you have led this family to the right place of worship...a church where they can be happy, active, belonging, and involved. We also give you the glory for Doulous being able to use the gifts musically that you have bestowed on him. thank you that you give this family wisdom and knowledge concerning their child so that they may raise her up in your love and service Lord and teach her correctly...and because we know yoy meet our needs we thank you for the perfect job in Austin In Jesus sweet name I pray!!
