One of the ways Staff--- members could do this as well--- contacted a member when they had a full inbox was by blessing them. It was a very useful feature for us to get in contact with the person, especially if it was about a report or warning/infraction or ban, etc.

mnphysicist requested that I add this request for addition to the site if possible.
