I thought it was pretty cool, mainly because it was so freakin' complicated, and the constant threat of death by explosives/poison. I'll try to be intentionally vague to avoid giving away any plot, please forgive me if I fail in that regard. Have you gotten to the part where they strap the collar to the guy for the tape?

I remember watching this a year or two ago, when it was a fansub, I've since deleted it so my memories are likely to be pretty fuzzy. But as I recall it was a conspiracy story, just about everyone was in on it, except for the protaganists. I didn't much care for the ending but (left to many questions unanswered), up til that point, it was just as tense and pulse-pounding as you could hope for. I guess its been licensed and produced officially since then though? Maybe someone I know'll buy it, I'd love to borrow it and watch it again.

Narumi Ayumu? That's the male lead's name, right? Now there's an admirable hero, sharp as a tack, cool under pressure, quality musician, and he can even cook great! You don't see come across such nicely fleshed-out characters to often. As I remember, a lot of the characters seemed pretty well fleshed-out to me, there aren't a lot of shows where we get to see villains visiting each other in the hospital, after all.
