Dave L do you believe that preaching the gospel to the lost will do any good. Or should we just wait on God to present the Gospel to the lost?
How can someone believe without a preacher? Romans 10:14-15 For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 If someone can't call on God to be saved then why would God offer them the promise if they can't do it?
Titus 2:11 God has given grace to all men for salvation. We don't get saved until we receive God's grace by faith. Ephesians 2:8-9
All men or all classes of men. It is for salvation that is offered to all men to all classes of men. Whoever/whosoever believes will receive eternal life.
“And when he was disposed to pass into Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him: who, when he was come, helped them much which had believed through grace:” (Acts 18:27)

Preaching = announcing the good news that Jesus died for all who believe. If you say Christ died for all who choose to believe, you turn the gospel into law conditioned on a work of the flesh.
It is as HE said.. faith come by hearing and hearing by the word of God. We all have the same.. we need to WORK our faith. It comes by hearing and hearing by the word of GOD!
God offers grace to all men. Titus 2:11 So to learn of salvation and accept it by faith is valid.
All the promises are there for us to receive. 2 Corinthians 1:20 When we wash our minds of doubt and unbelief and let the word refresh us, the promise is there for us.
There appeared God's grace. Some people were covered with their idolatry's darkness, and others were blinded by their works' doctrine.
As the sun penetrates, and fills the world with glory, thus God's grace shone forth in Jesus.
Bringing salvation to all people this grace, God's free favor, was revealed. No one's excluded from the grace as it's in Jesus; for it has appeared to all, all, without an exception, being included in God's will.
Grace's universality should inspire us to spread the news which contains the salvation in and through Jesus.
