  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I just wanted to update all those that are praying for me.

I have had a migraine for 5 days in a row. I'm going absolutely nuts. I can't think, and when I can, it's like an emotional trigger that goes off. I'm not sure what is causing the migraine and why it occasionally subsides just to come back in full force at any given moment. I have no idea why it is messing with my emotions either, but I can't handle it anymore. I broke down this morning and called the doctor's office and made an appointment for tomorrow at 10:30am to see him. I haven't been to the doctor in about 2 years, I never go, only gone a handful of times, jsut the idea of going to see him bothers me. I hate seeing the doctor, it's always been a cure all for me (the threat would make me better as a child).

Please pray that the doctor can do something to help me and that it won't cost me a fortune!
