CNN settled a defamation lawsuit with Nick Sandman, but the amount was never released, as far as I know.
Sandmann was the kid who was standing in a crowd when a Native American protestor came up and was banging a drum in his face. The mainstream media denounced him as a racist because they said he was smirking, and portrayed him as the aggressor.
